On Thursday 19th July we had our private view and official opening of our latest exhibition, Abstract. The exhibition is shared by three 2D artists, Judy Bywater, Anna Schofield and Paul Hillary and 3D work was supplied by textile artist, Gwendolyn Ball. We were also joined by our current Mayor, Councillor Barbara Fitzsimon. Below are the pictures from the nights events.
Our annual Open Exhibition is the perfect exhibition for anyone wishing to dip their toe into the world of exhibiting. The exhibition is an opportunity for artists living or working within Hertfordshire to share their work in a collective exhibition. Like previous years, there will be prizes available for 2D and 3D categories and young artists, under 21, can enter up to 2 pieces of work for free.
The entry form for this years Open Exhibition can now be viewed, printed and downloaded from the website here. Terms and conditions apply so please check these or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for clarification.

Join us this evening between 8pm – 9.30pm to officially open our newest exhibition, a diverse collection of artworks from a team of art teachers and technicians working in Further Education in Hertfordshire.
Their professional role involves teaching and supporting students to develop their own creative style, and experiment and master a range of creative mediums. Outside of these roles all are also accomplished artists in their own right and are sharing a mix of work including paintings, textiles, ceramics, jewellery and photography.
